Michelin-starred London restaurant L’Autre Pied in Marylebone has appointed Graham Long as its new head chef. Long joins David Moore’s restaurant from The Chancery where he has been working since 2014.

He’s also worked at St Betty in Hong Kong for Shane Osborn and Alan Yau. Moore has worked with Graham Long before at his Pied a Terre restaurant between 2008 and 2010.

Long’s appointment comes after Andy McFadden left his role as Head Chef at L’Autre Pied to become head chef of Pied à Terre, replacing Marcus Eaves.
